A website that lets couples picture the day, shows what it really costs and how many you can seat, and turns that first look into a brochure request or a booked viewing.
£47 a month, design, copy, hosting and changes included. No setup fee, no contract.
Couples fall for photos first. They want the barn dressed for a real wedding, not an empty room.
A pricing guide, even a range, saves you and the couple a lot of time.
Seated, evening and ceremony capacities, and where the guests can stay nearby.
Whether you’re licensed for ceremonies, or whether they’ll need a registry office first.

Couples usually find a venue through photos, on a phone, often late at night. By the time they reach your website they’ve already seen something they liked. The site’s job is to keep that going: show more of the place, answer the practical questions and make it easy to take the next step, whether that’s a brochure, a viewing or an open day.
Photos come first. Not empty rooms, but real weddings through the seasons: the barn laid out for dinner, the ceremony in the orchard, the evening with the lights on. We build galleries around those and credit the photographers who took them, which they appreciate and which keeps you on good terms with the people who recommend venues.
Then the questions couples ask on every viewing. How many can you seat, how many in the evening, are you licensed for ceremonies or do they need the registry office first? What does it roughly cost, and what’s included? A plain pricing guide, even a starting price or a seasonal range, saves you a lot of time. Couples who are out of budget don’t ask, and the ones who are come in ready to talk.
Finally, the routes in. A brochure request form that takes their names, date and guest numbers and sends it straight to your inbox. A viewing request with preferred dates. Open days shown on the homepage. Practical pages on parking, taxis, nearby accommodation and preferred suppliers. If you host parties or corporate days, they get their own page too, so the venue earns outside wedding season. When the dates or prices change, send us an email and we update it, usually the same day.
Couples come to the borders for barns, views and countryside that photographs well. Many are travelling from cities, so the website does the first viewing for you.
Couples from the county town and beyond look for venues within easy reach. Show travel times and nearby hotels for guests.

We recommend at least a starting price or a range. Couples are far more likely to ask for a brochure when they know you’re within budget, and you get fewer enquiries that go nowhere.
