What a small business website costs depends on who builds it. A local agency often charges £2,000 to £6,000 up front, a freelancer £800 to £2,500, and then you pay for hosting and for every change after launch. A DIY website builder is cheaper, around £15 to £40 a month, but you do all the work yourself, which usually takes 20 to 60 hours.
Our price is £47 a month including VAT, with no setup fee. That’s £564 a year, and it includes the design, the writing, the hosting, your domain name and 10 changes every month. There’s no second tier and nothing to add on later.
What a pay monthly website from us includes
A pay monthly website means you don’t pay a big bill at the start. You pay the same amount each month and we look after everything. For £47 a month you get:
- a website designed from scratch for your business, with every page written by us
- hosting on our UK servers, an SSL certificate, backups and security monitoring
- your domain name, registered in your name and renewed every year
- email forwarding, so hello@yourbusiness.co.uk arrives in your Gmail or Microsoft 365 inbox
- contact and enquiry forms, help with reviews and your Google Business Profile
- an optional articles section, and 10 changes a month sent by email

Is there a contract?
No. You can cancel any time from your billing page. If you leave, your domain is transferred to you free and we can send you a copy of your site.
What doesn’t the £47 cover?
Online shops, booking systems and member logins. If you need a shop, we’ll say so up front rather than sell you something that half works.
Just need hosting or a domain name?

Is there really no setup fee?
Really. It’s £0 to get started and £47 a month after that, including VAT.
What counts as one of my ten monthly changes?
One request, however big. A new page, fresh photos or rewritten copy each count as one change.
What happens if I need more than ten in a month?
Ask. We’ve never turned down a reasonable eleventh request.
Is the domain included, or extra?
Included. We register a standard .co.uk or .com for you and renew it every year. If you already own one, we connect it for the same price.
Do you take a cut of anything, or upsell later?
No. There’s no second tier, no commission and no add-on menu.
What if I want to leave?
Cancel from your billing page. Your site stays live until the end of the paid month plus a seven-day grace period, and we transfer your domain free.
Can I get a copy of my site if I go?
Yes. On request we send the built HTML, CSS and images so you can host it anywhere.
Do you do e-commerce, booking systems or member areas?
No. We focus on brochure websites that win enquiries. For online shops, Shopify or a specialist developer is a better fit.
