How a referral works, in three steps

You make the introduction
Email us both, share a partner link, or ask us to review your client’s current website first. We’ll always say the introduction came from you.
- 02
We work out what they need
We find out what the business does, suggest the pages it needs and show the monthly price before they pay anything.
- 03
We build it and look after it
Your client checks the draft, asks for changes and approves the launch. After that we deal with them directly for hosting, changes, domains and support.

What we will do
- Reply to every introduction and treat it as a recommendation that reflects on you.
- Say honestly when our service isn't right for your client.
- Agree any referral arrangement with you clearly before the introduction, not afterwards.
What we won't do
- Add your client to a sales email sequence or chase them repeatedly.
- Pretend the introduction came from anywhere else.
