Tent, campervan, caravan or motorhome. Campers want to know pitch sizes, surfaces and whether a big unit will fit.
Electric hook-ups, water and waste points decide a booking for caravans and motorhomes. Say how many and where.
Most campers travel with a dog. How many, where they can be walked and whether there’s a charge all matter.
Seasonal sites open and close on set dates. If those dates aren’t obvious, people assume you’re shut.
Every kind of pitch, what it includes and what it costs.
The practical details caravan and motorhome owners look for.
A clear route to book, linked to the system you already use.
The rules and the room that families and dog owners want to see.
Toilets, showers and the rest, shown honestly with photos.
Directions for towing and big vehicles on country lanes.
Campers plan around details. Will the caravan fit, is there a hook-up, can the dog come, and are you open that weekend in October? If the website doesn’t answer, they book somewhere that does, or ring you at tea time to ask. A clear site saves you those calls and fills the pitches you’d otherwise leave empty. It also helps in the quieter months, when a clear page on early and late season stays can fill midweek gaps.
We build a page for each kind of pitch, with sizes, surfaces, what’s included and the price per night. Hook-ups, water and waste points get their own section, because caravan and motorhome owners look for them first. Your opening dates sit at the top of the page, and change each season by email.
Booking stays with the system you already use. If you have an online booking tool or a widget, we link to it or put it on the page, so availability is always right. If you take bookings by phone, we make that route obvious and add a form for groups, rallies and longer stays that sends requests straight to your inbox.
Then the honest bits. Photos of the shower block and the laundry, the dog rules, quiet times, the phone signal and whether there’s Wi-Fi. Directions matter too: many sites sit down narrow lanes, and towing visitors want to know the best approach before the satnav picks one. Add a short guide to the walks, pubs and towns nearby and the site does most of the selling. Changes to prices or rules are an email away, usually done the same day.
Campers come here for hills, rivers and quiet nights, and many stay a week or come back every year. The website should make it easy to pick a pitch and book.
The county town is a draw for a day out, so campers like a site within reach. Say how far you are from town and how to get in without the car.
Shrewsbury page → Shropshire OswestryClose to the Welsh border, so many campers explore both sides. A page of day trips either way is worth having.
Oswestry page → Powys WelshpoolA market town with the canal and Montgomeryshire countryside close by. Show the walks and routes campers can do from the site.
Welshpool page → Powys NewtownPowys's largest town, with the Severn and mid Wales hills around it. Shops and fuel nearby are useful details for longer stays.
Newtown page → Shropshire LudlowLudlow's castle and food reputation bring visitors who want a base nearby. A short guide to the town alongside your pitches helps.
Ludlow page → Powys KnightonRight on Offa's Dyke, so walkers and backpackers pass through. Small tent pitches, drying space and one-night stays are worth mentioning.

View the site Natural & organic
Deep greens, curved edges and a deliberately staggered gallery, for a practice that designs for year six rather than the launch photo.
View the site Natural & organic
Soft, earthy tones and calm pacing, designed to feel like an extension of the treatment room itself.
View the site Rustic & traditional
Deep red and cream instead of farmhouse green, for a wedding venue with a more formal rustic feel.
We don’t build a booking system, but we link to the one you already use or add its booking widget to the site, so campers can check dates and book in a couple of clicks.
That’s fine. We make your number and booking hours prominent and add an enquiry form that sends requests straight to your inbox, so you can reply when you’re off the field.
Yes. Email us the new dates and prices and we update the site, usually the same day. Ten changes a month are included.
We use your own photos where you have them and tell you which ones to take: a few pitches, the shower block and the view. Real photos sell a campsite far better than stock images.
