Included
Design and build of a complete business website. The page structure is planned from your requirements and designed individually for your business, not assembled from a template.
Copywriting. The words on every page, written from your brief.
Human review. Every page read by a person before you see it, and again after every revision.
Hosting. Fast, UK-based, with no traffic limits.
HTTPS. Certificate issued and renewed automatically, forever.
A domain name. Registered and renewed for as long as you are a customer. Or connect one you already own at no charge.
DNS management. Including an editor for your own records, so you can point email wherever you like.
Unlimited revisions. No per-change fee, no cap, no “fair use” small print. If it needs changing, ask.
Ongoing changes. Not just during setup. New service, new number, new hours — three years in, it is still included.
An optional blog. Turn it on when you want it, write posts yourself in a simple editor.
Support from a person. Raise a ticket from your dashboard and a human answers it.
Backups and security updates. Handled, without you thinking about them.
Not included
Email mailboxes. We do not sell them. Your domain’s email can point anywhere — most people use Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace — and we will set up the DNS for it. See keeping your email working.
E-commerce. No shopping cart, no payment processing, no stock control. If you need to sell online, we are not the right fit and we will say so.
Booking systems, member logins, customer portals. Anything that needs users to sign in to your site.
Photography. We use your photos, or licensed stock. We do not send a photographer.
Logo design. We will typeset your business name attractively if you have no logo — see uploading your logo — but we do not design brand identities.
Paid advertising. No Google Ads management or social media marketing.
Complex web applications. Large publishing systems, custom databases and functionality outside a managed brochure website need a separately scoped product. See what goes on each page.

It is £47 whether you ask for one change a year or one a week. We would rather you asked.
There is no tiering, no upsell path, and no point at which the price goes up because your site got busy.

Prices shown are inclusive. Your invoice shows the VAT breakdown and is available any time from your billing page.
