You answer questions. We do the rest.
Most web design projects ask a lot of the client: mood boards, sitemaps, copy decks, three rounds of comments on a wireframe. This one asks for fifteen minutes and an honest description of what you do.

Your total time investment
Around twenty minutes, spread across one form and one review. That is the entire ask.
Words written
By us, from your answers.
Design decisions
Ours to make, yours to veto.
The process
Four steps, start to live.
Here is genuinely everything that happens, including the parts you never see.
You tell us about the business
A form in plain English. What you do and where. The services you want to lead with. Who your best customers are and what they worry about before they call. What makes you a better choice than the firm down the road. Your contact details, opening hours and service area.
There are no technical questions. Nothing asks you to pick a font, a layout or a colour code -- though there is an optional box if you have strong feelings.
We plan and design it
A designer works out the structure: which pages this business needs, what each one has to achieve, and what someone arriving from a Google search needs to see in the first three seconds. Then the visual design -- type, colour, spacing and photography chosen to suit your trade rather than a house style applied to everyone.
We write every word
A writer turns your answers into real copy: a homepage that says what you do and why to call, service pages that answer the questions people actually have, and an about page that sounds like a business rather than a brochure. No filler, no 'welcome to our website', no paragraph about how passionate the team is.
If you have supplied your own copy for a page, we design around it rather than replacing it.
You review, we launch
You get a private link to the finished site. Read it properly, then tell us anything you want changed -- a heading, a photograph, a whole page, all of it. We make the changes, point your domain at it, install the certificate and put it live.
Your old site stays up, untouched, until the moment you say go.
After launch
The part most companies stop caring about.
Launch day is where a normal web project ends. It is where the actual service starts.
Can you put the new prices up? They went up on Monday.
Done — it's live now.
Asked at 09:14 · live at 09:41
Ask for a change; a person makes it, checks it and puts it live.
Changes
Ten a month, and no invoice.
Prices go up. A member of staff joins or leaves. You stop offering something and start offering something else. You want a seasonal banner up for December. Every one of those is a message to us, not a quote and a lead time.
One request is one change, however large. Rewriting a whole page counts once. Most are done the same day, and genuinely urgent corrections — a wrong phone number, wrong bank holiday hours — we simply do, and don't count.
Handled, without you asking
- SSL certificate, renewed automatically
- Nightly backups, kept for 30 days
- Server patching and security updates
- Uptime monitoring, with alerts to us
Hosting, certificates, backups and monitoring, handled quietly.
Running it
Nothing for you to maintain, ever.
Your site is static HTML on a CDN, which means there is no database to be breached, no plugins to fall out of date and nothing that gets slower as the months pass. It is the boring, durable way to build a brochure site, and it is why we can promise it will still be fast in three years.
SSL renewals, daily backups and uptime monitoring happen in the background. If something breaks at two in the morning, it is our phone that goes off.
What we need from you
The complete list. It's short.
A description of what you do
In your own words, as if you were explaining it to someone at a party. We would rather have three honest sentences than a page of marketing language.
Your contact details
Phone, email, address if you have premises, opening hours and the areas you cover. The things customers need, and that websites so often bury.
Your services
What you want to be called about, roughly in order of importance. If there is work you would rather stop doing, tell us and we will de-emphasise it.
Anything you're proud of
Reviews, accreditations, years in business, a job that went particularly well. Optional, but usually the most persuasive thing on the finished site.
Optional: your logo, photographs and any strong opinions
If you have a logo we will use it and build the palette around it. If you have photographs of real work, real staff or real premises, they will always outperform stock and we will design around them. And if you have a firm view on how it should feel, there is a box for that. Skip all three and we will simply make good decisions on your behalf — that is what you are paying for.
Common questions
Before you start.
How much of this do I actually have to do?
About fifteen minutes of typing, once. You answer questions about your business in plain English -- what you do, who for, what makes you different -- and then you're finished until we send you the site to look at.
What if I don't know what I want it to look like?
That's the normal case and it's genuinely fine. There's an optional question about style, and if you skip it we choose based on your trade and your customers. A firm of solicitors and a wedding florist need very different things, and that's a design judgement, not something you should have to specify.
Do I need photos of my own?
No. We licence professional photography that suits your trade. If you do have good photos of your work, your team or your premises, send them -- real photographs of the actual business always beat stock, and we'll build around them.
What if I don't like the first version?
Tell us what's wrong and we'll change it, as many times as it takes, before anything goes live. Changes during this stage don't count against your monthly ten. Nobody has ever been stuck with a first draft.
Can I keep my existing domain?
Yes. Tell us the domain and we'll walk you through pointing it at us -- usually one setting at your current registrar, and we'll tell you exactly what to change. If you'd rather we handled it entirely, we can do that too.
What happens to my old website?
It stays exactly where it is until you say go. We build yours alongside it, you compare the two, and the switch happens when you're happy. There is no window where you have no website.
How quickly can changes be made after launch?
Most the same day, nearly all within one business day. Genuinely urgent things -- a wrong phone number, wrong opening hours over a bank holiday -- get done immediately, and we don't count those against your ten.
