What £47 is actually buying.
Not a feature list -- an honest account of the work involved, because a monthly price for a website is unusual enough that people reasonably want to know.
The design and writing, up front
The largest single cost, and it happens before you've paid us more than one month. A designer plans and builds the right page structure; a writer produces every word on them. We carry that cost and earn it back over the following year, which is precisely why we care whether you stay.
Ten changes a month, by a person
Not a support bot and not a form that goes nowhere. Someone reads what you asked for, makes the change properly, checks it on a phone and puts it live. For most clients this is the part that justifies the whole arrangement.
Hosting, SSL and backups
Genuinely a small part of the cost. Anyone charging you £30 a month for hosting alone is charging you for hosting alone.
Your domain and its renewal
Registered in your name, renewed on us, DNS managed for you. Roughly £12 a year we don't itemise.
Keeping it fast
CDN delivery, image optimisation and a build with nothing spare in it. Speed is a maintenance job, not a one-off.
The bit nobody prices: caring afterwards
A website that is never updated stops being true. Prices drift, staff change, services get dropped. The monthly model exists so that keeping yours accurate costs you a message rather than a purchase order.

You review the finished site before it goes live and before any money moves. If it isn't right, we change it. If you hate it, you walk away having paid nothing.
Your domain is always yours
Registered in your name, transferred free to any registrar on request, no notice period and no exit fee. We will never use your domain as leverage.
Take your site with you
Ask and we'll hand over the built HTML, CSS and images. It's a static site, so it runs anywhere. Leaving should be easy, and here it is.
The price you joined on is the price
If we raise prices, existing clients keep the rate they signed up at for as long as they stay. No quiet annual creep.

Is there really no setup fee?
Really. There is no separate setup or design fee. You complete your brief, see the exact monthly price, then the first £47 payment starts the build and your subscription.
What counts as one of my ten monthly changes?
One request, however big. Changing every price on your services page is one change, not eleven. Rewriting the whole About page is one change. We're not counting words -- the limit exists to stop one client absorbing the whole team, not to nickel-and-dime you.
What happens if I need more than ten in a month?
Ask anyway. In practice we've never turned down a reasonable eleventh request. If it became a pattern we'd have an honest conversation about whether you need something bigger than this service.
Is the domain included, or extra?
Included. We register a standard .co.uk or .com for you and cover the renewal for as long as you're with us. If you already own one, we'll connect it instead -- same price.
Do you take a cut of anything, or upsell later?
No. £47 is the whole price. There's no premium tier, no per-page charge, no 'SEO package', and no commission on anything. If we ever add something paid, existing clients keep what they signed up for.
What if I want to leave?
Cancel from your billing page, any time, no notice period and no fee. Your site stays live until the end of the month you've paid for plus a 7-day grace period, and we'll transfer your domain wherever you want at no charge.
Can I get a copy of my site if I go?
Yes. Ask and we'll send you the built HTML, CSS and images. It's a static site, so it will run on any host you like. We won't pretend otherwise to make leaving harder.
Do you do e-commerce, booking systems or member areas?
No, and we'd rather tell you now than take your money and disappoint you. We build focused business websites, with the page structure planned around what the business needs. If you need a shop or a booking engine, you want a developer, and we're happy to say that.
