There is no fixed page count or generic page list. We plan the structure from your brief: what you sell, what customers need to understand, what builds trust, and what helps them take the next step.
Every page must earn its place. We will not add filler to reach a number, and we will not squeeze useful information into an overcrowded page just to stay under one.
Pages nearly every site needs
Home
The page that answers “am I in the right place?” in about four seconds.
It explains what you do, who you help and what the visitor should do next. It also brings forward your strongest proof and the services people ask for most.
Contact
The practical route to taking action: phone, email, address, hours, service area and a contact form where appropriate.
The form sends straight to your email address. See where contact-form enquiries go.
Pages we choose when the business needs them
An About page can build confidence when customers care who will turn up or handle their work. A Services overview may be enough for a focused firm, while a business with distinct services may be better served by separate, substantial service pages.
Visual businesses may need a Gallery or Portfolio. A restaurant may need a Menu. A professional practice may need pages for sectors, locations, fees or its process. We choose these because they help a real visitor—not because they appeared in a template.
If the brief cannot support a useful page with honest facts, we do not invent one.
What to put in your brief
Tell us about every important service, the questions customers ask before buying, the areas you cover, what makes you different, and any prices or proof you are happy to publish. We use that information to decide what deserves its own page and what belongs together.
You do not need to draw a sitemap. If you already know a page is essential, mention it and explain why; we will account for it in the plan.
What about articles?
Articles are optional and sit outside the main business-page plan. You can turn them on from your dashboard, which adds an /articles section and a simple editor for publishing posts.
They are worth using if you have useful expertise, updates or answers to share. A neglected article section is less helpful than no article section, so it stays optional.
Can the structure change later?
Yes. If the business changes, ask us to add, remove, combine or repurpose pages. We will confirm the sensible structure and whether a request remains within the managed website service before changing anything.
