Once you have paid, everything moves without you needing to chase it. Here is the whole sequence, so you know what is happening and roughly when.
1. You fill in the brief
This is the only part that needs your time. You tell us about your business, what you do, who you do it for, and how people should get in touch. It takes about twenty minutes.
You can save and come back to it. Nothing is sent anywhere until you confirm it on the review screen.
2. You confirm and pay
The review screen shows everything you have given us in one place. Read it properly — this is the version our designers and our generation process work from.
Nothing is written and no design work begins until payment has gone through. That is deliberate: we do not start work on a site nobody has committed to.
3. We design and write your pages
The pages your business needs are planned, designed and written from your brief. Each one gets a purposeful layout, real copy about your business, and images chosen to suit.
This is where most of the waiting happens. It is usually a few hours rather than days, but it is not instant.
4. A person reviews every page
Nothing reaches you unchecked. Each page is read by someone here before it is released to you. We fix anything that reads oddly, looks wrong, or does not match what you told us.
While this is happening, your dashboard shows the page as Awaiting review.
5. You preview it
You get an email as soon as your site is ready to look at. You can click through every page exactly as a visitor would, on a phone or a desktop.
6. You ask for changes, or we go live
If something is not right, request a revision — there is no limit and no extra charge. If you are happy, we take it live on your domain.
What if I get stuck partway through?
Nothing is lost. Your brief is saved as you go, and an unfinished site sits in your dashboard until you come back to it.
If you are stuck on a particular question, get in touch and a person will answer. We would rather help you past one field than have you abandon the whole thing.
