There is a standard list, and it is the same in every studio in the country. What do I wear. Do I need my own mat. What if I cannot do it. Will anyone look at me. How early should I turn up. Is it silent. Do I have to chant. What if I need to stop halfway through.

Almost no studio website answers any of it, because to somebody who has taught for fifteen years these are not real questions. To the person hovering over the booking button they are the only questions, and unanswered they are enough to close the tab.

A page that goes through them plainly and warmly is consistently the second most visited page on any studio site we build, after the timetable. It costs nothing, it is written once, and it converts the exact customer who is hardest to win and most likely to stay for years.
