A scaffolding firm sells to two people who could not be less alike.

The first is a site manager or a main contractor. They want capacity, competence and paperwork. Can you do three houses on a terrace from Monday. Are your operatives carded. Will the design calculations arrive without chasing. Are you insured to a level that satisfies their principal contractor. They will read fast, in a hurry, probably on a phone in a portacabin.

The second is a homeowner whose roofer has said they need scaffold before anything can happen. They have never bought scaffolding, have no idea what it should cost, are slightly alarmed, and want to know how long it will be outside their house and whether they need permission from the council.

Those two need different words, and most scaffolding websites pick one and lose the other. We write both, and structure the site so each lands where they need to be within one click of arriving.
