All my photos are of bare walls. Is that any good?

Yes, genuinely. A flat, clean, well-lit wall photographs better than you would expect, and paired with the before shot it is the most convincing thing on the site.

I mostly sub for builders. Is a site worth it?

Usually yes, for two reasons. It gives you somewhere to send a builder who asks what else you have done, and it slowly builds a direct domestic stream that does not vanish when one contract ends.

Can it just be simple?

It should be. We plan only the pages the business genuinely needs, and we are not going to talk you into a fifteen-page site you would never keep up to date.
