Most florists know the trade-off. The big relay networks bring orders you would never have seen, and they take a substantial cut of each one plus a monthly fee, and the customer thinks they bought from the network rather than from you. You do the work and somebody else owns the relationship.

There is no realistic world in which a brochure website replaces that overnight. But every order that comes directly to your shop instead is worth roughly a third more to you, and it is your customer next time. Over a year, shifting even a modest share of orders direct is a meaningful difference to a small shop.

The way that happens is unglamorous. Somebody searches for a florist in your town, finds your site rather than an aggregator, sees that you deliver to their postcode, sees a price for a hand-tied bouquet, and rings you. That is it. It just requires the site to exist and to answer those three things quickly.
