It sounds mundane and it is the highest-converting page a family photographer can have.

Where to park. Whether to bring a change of clothes and what colours work. That you have a bathroom, a kettle and somewhere to feed a baby. That the studio is warm, because every parent of a newborn asks. That a toddler refusing to cooperate for the first twenty minutes is completely normal and happens at nearly every session. That you would rather they came late than arrived stressed. That the session is unhurried and there is no such thing as a child who has ruined it.

Every one of those sentences removes a reason not to book. Photographers tell parents all of this on the phone anyway — putting it on the website simply means the parents who never rang get to hear it too.
