All fees include meals, snacks, nappies and waterproofs. There are no separate charges for trips, sun cream or Christmas.

Four free settling sessions before the first paid day, spread across a fortnight. You stay for the first, then leave for progressively longer.
If your child is not ready at the end of that, we extend it. Nobody is charged for a settling session that did not go well.
Yes, from the term after your child turns three, and the two-year funding where a family is eligible. The funded amount comes straight off the invoice.
Fees still apply for sickness absence, as the place is held and staffed. We do not charge for days we are closed.
Four weeks to change days or leave. We will always try to accommodate a shorter change if we can fill the place.
It is on the wall by the front door and we will email it before you visit if you would rather read it first.
Weekday mornings are best — that is when the nursery is at its busiest and most honest.
