A calm practice for people who have been putting this off. No lectures, no upselling, and a full explanation before anything begins.
See treatmentsMost people who walk in here have not seen a dentist in years, and usually for the same reason: something went badly once and nobody explained what was happening.
So we changed the order of things. The first appointment is a conversation and an examination — no treatment, no decisions, no pressure. You leave with a written plan, the costs beside each item, and as long as you want to think about it.
Forty-five minutes. Photographs, X-rays if you consent to them, and a written plan you take away.
Scale, polish and a genuine explanation of what is causing the problem rather than a leaflet.
Fillings, crowns, bridges and root canal treatment, all quoted before we start.
Whitening, bonding and veneers, discussed honestly — including when we think you do not need them.
Longer appointments, stop signals agreed in advance, and sedation where it genuinely helps.
No sliding glass window, no clipboard on arrival, no radio. You are seen at the time you booked, and if we are running late somebody tells you why.
Evening appointments until eight on Tuesdays and Thursdays, because taking a morning off work to sit in a chair is its own deterrent.
New patients welcome. Forty-five minutes, a written plan, and no obligation to book anything afterwards.
